Improving a hospital-based center for nursing research

As the COVID-19 pandemic spread, one hospital-based center for nursing research and evidence-based practice used its unique skill set to quickly pivot and provide hospital administrators and staff with timely, relevant evidence about patient and family care, as well as the protection of direct care providers and all support staff. This center's products, both proactive and reactive, influenced clinical operations decision-making and so had a tangible impact on practice.
