Brachial artery aneurysms are uncommon vascular pathologies, especially in
young adults. We present a case of a 27-year-old male who presented with an
enlarging pulsatile mass in the right arm. Imaging studies revealed a brachial
artery aneurysm, and the patient underwent successful surgical intervention.
