Anorexia nervosa often merely called as anorexia which is an eating disorder categorized by an unusually an intense fear of gaining weight, low body weight and a distorted perception of weight. Persons with anorexia place a high worth on monitoring their weight and shape by means of life-threatening efforts that incline to expressively hinder with their lives. To avoid weight increase or to continue losing weight persons with anorexia typically restricts the quantity of food they take and they also try to lose weight by doing regular exercises. No matter how abundant the weight is lost the individual continues to fear weight increase. Anorexia unlike other eating disorders can take over the life and can be very problematic to overwhelmed.
