Bioenergy refers to electricity and gas that's generated from organic matter, referred to as biomass. this will be anything from plants and timber to agricultural and garbage – and even sewage. The term bioenergy also covers transport fuels produced from organic matter. Bioenergy is renewable energy made available from materials derived from biological sources.
