Developmental Psychology

Developmental psychology is defined as the study of scientific through which human beings change over the course of their life. Truly concerned with infants and children, the field that has extended to include agingadolescenceadult development and the entire lifespan. Their aim is to explain how thinking, feeling, and behaviors change throughout life. This field examines change across the three major dimensions they are physical developmentcognitive development, and social emotional development.

Developmental psychology examines the influences of nature and nurture on the process of the human development, and processes of change in the context across time. Most of the researchers are interested among the personal characteristics, the individual behavior and environmental factors.  The social context and built environment. Ongoing debates in regards to developmental psychology include biological essentialism and neuroplasticity to stages of development  through dynamic systems of development.
