Exocytosis
Exocytosis of neutrophil granules potentially contributes to tissue injury through the release of toxic enzymes and enhanced plasma membrane expression of receptors and signaling molecules. The exocyst is a conserved eight-subunit complex involved in the docking of exocytic vesicles and the exocyst has now been identified as an effector for five small GTPases, including Sec4, Rho1, Rho3, Cdc42, and, most recently, RalA. The editorial office promises to peer-review the submitted manuscripts and it ensures quality. Journal aims to publish the most complete and reliable source of information on discoveries and current developments in the mode of original articles, review articles, case reports, short communications, etc. in all areas of the field and making them freely available online without any subscriptions to the researchers worldwide.
