Homicidal Death

Homicide is the act of murdering another human. Homicide involves just the volitional behaviour of one other party culminating in death, and so a homicide may result from unintended murder or incompetent acts even if there is no attempt to cause harm. Homicides may be divided under many specific legal categories, including suicide, murder, justifiable murder, war killing (be it because of military laws or as a war crime), euthanasia, and death penalty, depending on death conditions. These different types of homicides are often treated very differently in human societies; some are considered crimes, while others are allowed, or even ordered by the legal system. The history of the United States and the character of its people have a violent aspect in which it has played a significant role in taking on human life. Violence had been commonplace in the North American continent long before the nation was formed. The intentional destruction of Europeans who arrived in Native American cultures' Modern World reflects the notion that would encourage the right thing to happen. The Civil War had taken a deadly toll on both sides of the war. The Civil War offers yet another example of extreme violence and megadeath violence.
