Massage is the stimulation of soft tissues within the body. Massage is generally intended for treating stress or pain in the body. Acupressure is a technique similar to acupuncture, in principle. It is based on the concept of life energy that flows into the body through the meridians. Physical pressure is applied in treatment to acupuncture points with a view to clearing blockages in those meridians. Pressure can be applied by fingers, palms, elbows, toes or with different devices. Some medical studies have suggested that acupressure can help manage nausea and vomiting, Aiding pain in the lower back, headaches of tension, stomach ache. Biomechanical stimulation is a massage used for localized biomechanical oscillation methods, whereby local muscle fibers are stimulated either explicitly either through special mechanical vibration devices held by hand via the associated tendons. Biomechanical therapy and conditioning is offered in a number of fields such as sports, medicine exercise, prevention, recovery, fashion.
