Occupational Stress

Occupational Stress is a psychological related stress. This stress occurs due to the job of the person. occupational stress usually occurs due to job pressure, company environment, and knowledge on the job. Job stress can also be experienced by people due to over workload. When an employee in the company is not supported economically by the supervisors they have a high risk to experience the job stress.  Occupational stress is a type of health risk that can cause various factors in psychological, behavioral, and medical disorders. This stress can affect a person's social well-being. occupational stress can also cause various diseases related to mental health and physical health. The employees can also develop anxiety and depression.  The individual in the organization that has various disorders should be treated through various treatments. The preventive measure of these stress is stress management and enhanced wellbeing. The pressure taken by the individual is developed as stress. The stress can be increased when the workers have a heavy workload. Occupation stress can affect both the workers and the organization. So, it is important for both employees and employers to adapt to the job environment.
