Sleep Disordered Breathing

An sleep disorder is when a patient stops breathing for 5 to 10 seconds or more and they are wake up just enough to take a good breath.

hypopnea is when a patient does not able to stop breathing, but the patient's breathing becomes shallow for 10 seconds or more, with associated oxygen with desaturation.

The sleep disordered breathing disrupts the many patient sleep pattern, night after night, they are not only makes the patient tired and exhausted the next day, but may also put excessive strain on the their nervous system and major organs.

The first way of a sleep disorder is snoring, even though many patients could not identify that as a sign of something more serious. There are other common symptoms too.
