We present an unusual case of duplicated left vertebral artery associated with right-sided aortic arch and aberrant left subclavian artery, demonstrated by MDCT angiography. Left vertebral artery had 2 seperate origins from left common carotid artery and aberrant left subclavian arteries; two branches united at C6 vertebral level.
