A case of Wilson’s disease, a rare autosomal recessive disorder of copper metabolism is reported here. The patient was presented with the difficulty in speech for 2 years .pain in the right elbow joint. He also noticed difficulty to perform any work by hands for 3 months. His speech was low volume slurred and monotonous, muscle tone was mildly increased, and gait was limping.
