An Instance of Persistent Myeloid Leukaemia That Manifested As Mouth Ulcers

Author(s): Elisc Macy*

The oral signs and symptoms has gone unnoticed. Dentists and physicians pay attention to and focus on certain diagnoses based on the oral manifestation. We discuss one such case, which was identified as chronic myeloid leukaemia after oral signs and symptoms were followed by a peripheral smear result. Leukemia is one of the most common neoplasias, accounting for between 30 and 51 percent of the total. Leukemia is defined by the uncontrolled development of immature white blood cells, which results in a variety of clinical and oral symptoms that aid in illness detection. Because of their clinical significance, all such lesions demand dental specialists' undivided care. Early identification of leukaemia is critical since it results in a better prognosis.
