One of the most popular materials for the production of detachable dentures is heat-cured PMMA. Denture material that has been heat-cured contains soluble components that enable it to absorb and release chemicals. All of these elements have a direct impact on the durability and functionality of prostheses made from polymethyl methacrylate denture base material.
