Down's syndrome children's dental concerns

Down’s syndrome children are all mentally retarded to moderate to severe. They are delayed in their ‘landmarks’ of sitting up, standing, walking, talking and develop a slower pace than the normal so that they continue to lose ground. They are happy, affectionate children and may be mischievous though occasionally there may be aggressiveness in a particular case.
