Burnout among attention professionals has been elevated to a high level of concern. The descriptions of the attention geographical point typically embody language like, stressful, long hours, rotating shifts, weekends and holidays, and exhausting. New graduate attention professionals ar being sent into the geographical point with very little to no brick skills, data of signs and symptoms of burnout, or resources that ar on the market. The authors of this study created a University course entitled brick in your Profession that registered registered nurses, licenced sensible nurses, EMTs, nurse assistants, and medical assistants. The course addresses burnout, self-analysis, incivility, brick mechanisms, and structure responsibilities for worker well-being. the scholars were surveyed victimization QualtricsXM that enclosed a pre-course and post-course analysis. Pre-course results showed high levels of individual experiences with burnout and restricted data of resources to combat burnout. Post-course results enclosed personal growth which students’ perception of burnout may be prevented at each the individual and also the organization levels. Students conjointly indicated that few to no resources to combat burnout existed at their place of employment. Addressing burnout at the academic level helps prepare graduates with the data and tools to combat burnout at the individual and organization level..
