A variety of pharmacophore contain the fused heterocycle ring template known as quinoxaline. Due to their varied medicinal characteristics, many quinoxalines analogs demonstrated their distinctive pharmacological activities. During the past two years, scientists have created a large number of quinoxalines analogs using effective catalysts and reagents in one-pot syntheses, multi-component cascades, green methods, and combinatorial pin-point approaches. In order to produce new beings that will help humanity, it is being further studied.
