Achievement optimal esthetic results in anterior implant restorations

o provide optimum esthetic results in anterior region is very difficult cases which not provide optimum implant placement
criteria. There are several factors to consider when restoring failing dentition in the anterior region. The dental team must
evaluate various criteria to define the optimal treatment plan. To achieve optimal esthetics especially anterior region, various patient
and tooth related factors have to be taken into consideration. In esthetic implant restoration is one that resembles a natural tooth in
all respects. Dental and gingival esthetics act together to provide a harmonious smile. The Dental should be aware of the parameters
related to gingival architecture icluded morphology, form, dimension, characterization, surface texture and color. The predictability
of an esthetic outcome for an implant restoration is dependent on many variables factors. The various factors and the procedures
related to enhancement of peri-implant esthetics will be discussed in this lecture.
