Notes:

Understanding the brain anatomy of premature and healthy newborns using MRI

I

will cover some of the MRI analysis tools that we designed to understand the brain anatomy of newborns, such

as cortical and subcortical morphometry and white matter tract analyses in these populations. I will also give

some results on our analyses of early development of subcortical structures and networks in preterm and term

born neonates and infants.
